The route, made legible

From prescription review to your delivery address.

The process is structured to keep the key client inputs, shipment limits, documentation, and charge categories in view at every step.

01

Share the request

Begin with an accurate prescription and request details. Recheck the medicine, quantity, and recipient information before confirmation.

02

Review the documentation

Each shipment is accompanied by client declaration and billing documents for customs purposes, where applicable to the route.

03

Coordinate delivery

Door-to-door courier charges are communicated separately. Customs and delivery outcomes remain subject to carrier and authority processes.

Charge clarity

$15

Fixed service fee for each shipment request, separate from the actual medical cost and door-to-door courier charge.

Generic medicine, explained

A generic medicine is not simply an unbranded copy.

Where approved by the relevant regulator, a generic medicine is developed to match a reference brand medicine in its active ingredient, strength, dosage form, route of administration, and intended use. It is evaluated to demonstrate therapeutic equivalence or bioequivalence under the applicable approval standard.

Same therapeutic targetApproved generics are designed to provide the same clinical effect and safety profile as their reference brand medicine.
Different presentationPackaging, colour, shape, name, and certain inactive ingredients may differ.
Professional review mattersNot every product is appropriate for every person or automatically interchangeable in every situation.

Affordable access should still be guided by the prescription, the approved product information, and the advice of a qualified prescriber or pharmacist. The product supplied must match the prescription and applicable requirements.

Medicine directory & search intent coverage

Prescription medicine support and generic medicine directory for clients in the USA.

This section turns the attached product catalog into crawlable, visible website content so search engines and answer engines can understand the medicines, therapy areas, reference brands, generic names and coordinated brands associated with PharmaLink. It strengthens discoverability for people searching for prescription medicine support, drug information, pharma help, specialty medicines, chronic-care medicines and generic medicine options.

The directory below includes oncology medicines, hepatitis medicines, HIV medicines, diabetes medicines, cardiology medicines, neurology medicines, autoimmune medicines, gastroenterology medicines, anti-infective medicines and other prescription-led therapies. Each medicine entry keeps the relationship between active ingredient, reference brand, coordinated brand and indication in plain HTML text.

Prescription-led requests only. Website content should remain informational and coordination-focused. Final prescribing, treatment decisions, dosage suitability, import eligibility and patient-specific medical advice must remain with a licensed healthcare professional and the applicable regulatory requirements.

These answers introduce the service structure. For account-specific information, contact PharmaLink or access the client dashboard.

What does the $15 service fee cover?

It is PharmaLink’s fixed service fee for each shipment request. The medical cost and door-to-door courier charge are separate and are shown as distinct charge categories.

How much can be shipped in one consignment?

The stated shipment limit is not more than 3 kg at a time. This operating limit is intended to reduce supply-chain complications and remains subject to documentation and route review.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Prescription-led requests require a valid prescription and supporting information as applicable. PharmaLink does not diagnose, prescribe, or substitute for a licensed clinician.

Can I return a shipment or request a refund?

Requests should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. As stated in the terms, completed shipment requests are generally final, with no return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Will my package clear customs?

Customs and import decisions are made by the relevant authorities. The recipient is responsible for providing accurate required documentation and meeting applicable import requirements; clearance cannot be guaranteed.
